The Latest Facts & Findings

The Faculty Development Program has seven components that ensure faculty, residents and students are well trained in educational research and methodologies.  This program, which is funded by a federal grant, produces future dental and dental hygiene faculty members and practitioners who produce top-notch research.

$2.5 million

educational grant from HRSA was awarded to increase educational and clinical research potential in faculty, residents and students.

More than 50

program participants have published Critically Appraised Topics that are indexed on the British Trip Database.

 

The grant will enhance the skills of dental school faculty members, dental residents, dental students and dental hygiene faculty and students in education and research.
